your setup. We will do our best to insure you are flying as efficient
as possible and get the best performance from AirThunder packs.
If
you need technical support, please answer the questions so we can
evaluate and provide the appropriate technical support for the current
model you are flying.

What is the model, motor, and esc?

What gyro and gyro servo?

What size blades were you running?
-
What size battery (e.g. 3s, 2200mah, 25C, etc)?

What upgrades have you installed since you purchased your model?

What pinion are you running?
-
What type of maintenance do you do before and after flight?

What radio is operating with this model?
-
How tight is the belt? (if applicable)

How tight is the pinion on the spur gear?
-
Does your main shaft bearing show signs of wear?

Do the linkages (pushrods) move freely on the balls?

Do you have the appropriate tools to make adjustments (e.g. pitch gauge, ball link pliers, swash leveling tool, etc)

What charger / balancer are you using to charge our batteries?

What would you say, is your flying level? (e.g. beginner, sport, extreme)
Check List: it is always a good idea to check your helicopter and airplane before you fly:
Helicopter:

Belt Drive are not on too tight
-
Main Shaft Bearing not defective
- Swash Plate is clean and free from debris
- Check gear mesh from motor pinion to main gear
- Airplane:
- Motor shaft is not bent
- Outrunner drum is not warped
- What is the current altitude and ambient temperature do you fly at
